It will result in immediate and permanent account closure. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided and will not be paid out.

Deposit Limits

Increasing a Deposit Limit
A request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the new, higher limit comes into effect. This delay is an intentional safeguard. It gives you time to reflect on whether the increase is genuinely in your interest — and allows you to cancel the increase request before it takes effect if you change your mind. This asymmetric design (instant reductions, delayed increases) is a deliberate responsible gaming measure.
What Happens When a Limit Is Reached
Once you have reached your deposit limit for the relevant period, all further deposit attempts on your 1111baji account will be declined until the period resets. You will see a clear on-screen notification explaining that your deposit limit has been reached and when it will next reset. You can continue to play with your existing account balance during this period; only new deposits are blocked.

What a Time-Out Covers
During a time-out, your 1111baji account is fully suspended. You will not be able to log in, deposit funds, place bets, access live casino tables, or participate in any promotional activity. Any pending bets placed before the time-out was activated will be settled normally and credited to your balance; that balance will be available for withdrawal when your time-out expires.
Marketing During a Time-Out
When you activate a time-out, all promotional communications from 1111baji — including email offers, BPL and IPL cricket promotions, seasonal campaigns (Eid, Pohela Boishakh), and SMS notifications — are automatically suspended for the duration of the time-out. You will not receive any marketing that could encourage you to return to the platform before your break has ended.
Ending a Time-Out
A time-out expires automatically at the end of the chosen period, after which you may log in and resume normal activity. You cannot end a time-out early through the platform — this is intentional. If you believe there is a genuine urgent reason to end a time-out early, please contact support; requests are assessed individually and are not granted automatically.
Not a Substitute for Self-Exclusion: A time-out is a short-term break tool. Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available at 1111baji. Unlike a time-out, a self-exclusion is a serious intervention with longer durations, stricter enforcement, and a deliberate barrier to reversal.

How to Apply for Self-Exclusion

Identity Confirmation
Our team will verify your identity to ensure the request is coming from the genuine account holder. This step protects you from any third party attempting to lock your account without your knowledge.
Immediate Account Lock
Once your identity is confirmed, your 1111baji account is locked within one business hour. You will receive a confirmation email stating the exclusion period start date and the earliest possible reinstatement date.
Balance Withdrawal
Any remaining balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Withdrawal is processed within 3–5 business days.
Marketing Suspension
All promotional communications are permanently suspended for the duration of your exclusion. You will not receive any emails, SMS, or notifications from 1111baji during this period.
Reinstatement After Self-Exclusion
At the end of a fixed-period self-exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years), reinstatement of your 1111baji account is not automatic. You must actively contact our support team to request reinstatement, and there is a mandatory 7-day reflection period between your reinstatement request and the account being reopened. This gives you a final opportunity to reconsider before resuming gambling activity.
Permanent (lifetime) self-exclusions are irrevocable. No reinstatement request will be accepted for a permanent exclusion under any circumstances. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account with different credentials is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. Any account identified as a circumvention account will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be escalated.
