By accessing, browsing, or using the 1111baji website or any associated mobile interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform, whether or not you have completed the registration process.

If you do not agree with any provision set out in these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the 1111baji platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 1111baji, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, RNG table games, slot games, and any promotional or bonus programmes. Where specific product terms exist (for example, Sportsbook Rules or Bonus Terms), those supplementary terms apply in addition to — and do not replace — these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between supplementary terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of the specific product or promotion to which they relate.

1111baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after a revision has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to and use of the 1111baji platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to register an account, place bets, access any game, or interact with any part of the 1111baji platform in any capacity. By registering, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

1111baji takes its underage gambling prevention obligations seriously. Age verification checks may be triggered at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the point of first deposit, prior to the first withdrawal, and at any time a player's account is flagged for review. Where an age verification check cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending resolution.

Additional Eligibility Criteria

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to open a player account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 1111baji or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

Registration Requirements

Identity Verification (KYC)

• Proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence not older than three months)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 1111baji may result in the suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or full account access until the verification process is completed. 1111baji reserves the right to void any bets placed or winnings accrued during a period in which a player's account is under verification review if fraud or misrepresentation is subsequently confirmed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 1111baji immediately by contacting our support team.

1111baji supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account's cashier section and may vary by payment method.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 1111baji account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), subject to confirmation from the respective payment network. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance. 1111baji does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes on the 1111baji platform. 1111baji reserves the right to decline deposits at its discretion, including where fraud indicators are present or where a deposit conflicts with an active responsible gaming restriction on the account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. Players who have not yet submitted and passed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours during business days. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible — this is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• 1111baji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of a dispute about a withdrawal, the decision of 1111baji's compliance team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these terms.

Currency & Conversion

The functional currency of 1111baji for Bangladesh-based players is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed odds, balances, bet amounts, and promotional values are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs that may arise if their banking or payment account is denominated in a different currency.

1111baji offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentive programmes to eligible players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates for each game category are listed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated offer window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period, will expire without replacement or compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per spin or hand applies. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, registered players only. 1111baji reserves the right to restrict or withdraw bonus eligibility from any player at its discretion, without being required to state a reason.

1111baji actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play patterns across groups of accounts. Any account found to be exploiting bonus offers will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111baji platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and relevant activity reported to applicable authorities.

• Creating or operating more than one player account on 1111baji
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information at registration or during any verification process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform, including placing bets, exploiting game mechanics, or claiming bonuses
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature — any winnings resulting from exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with betting markets on 1111baji
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or to process proceeds of criminal activity
• Attempting to access any other player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 1111baji staff or other players via any communication channel
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you do not have authorised use

1111baji employs a dedicated fraud detection and risk management team that monitors all account activity continuously. Suspicious patterns — including unusual betting behaviour, inconsistent payment activity, and device/IP anomalies — are reviewed and may result in account restrictions pending investigation. Players co-operating with fraud investigations will have their accounts maintained; players found to have engaged in deliberate fraud will be permanently excluded from the platform.

Players may close their 1111baji account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team at support@1111baji. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the withdrawal verification requirements set out in Section 4. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 1 week and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect without delay. During a self-exclusion period, the account is blocked from all betting and gaming activity, and no marketing communications will be sent. Suspension by 1111baji

1111baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 1111baji will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where doing so would compromise a fraud or criminal investigation, communication may be delayed until the investigation concludes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111baji and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1111baji platform, even if 1111baji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1111baji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and infrastructure resilience — including redundant servers optimised for Bangladesh network conditions — we cannot guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may be required from time to time and will be communicated via in-platform notifications where possible.

Betting Errors & System Faults

In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious mistake in the odds, payouts, or game outcomes as displayed on the platform — 1111baji reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. A manifest error is not grounds for a player to claim winnings that would not have been available under correct operating conditions. Examples of manifest errors include: incorrectly displayed odds that are clearly out of line with the prevailing market, duplicate game round results, or software malfunctions that cause games to report incorrect outcomes.

Third-Party Services

Certain features of the 1111baji platform — including live casino streams, game content, and payment processing — are provided by third-party partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, bKash, and Nagad). 1111baji is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or losses caused by the failure of third-party services, beyond what is recoverable through our own systems and processes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, 1111baji will engage in good-faith mediation to resolve the matter fairly.
